Set-Up
The Zurich Insurance Benelux Trainee Program runs for 18 months, offering you the chance to rotate through 3 to 4 different functions. You’ll start with an introduction to the fundamentals of insurance and have a dedicated home function, where you’ll continue your career after completing the traineeship.

Throughout your journey, you’ll benefit from the guidance of a mentor and receive coaching within each team you join. We’re committed to helping you succeed every step of the way.
