These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian and/or Dutch. For our exclusive benefit should a dispute arise connected with you using our website, it shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Brussels, Belgium or The Hague, the Netherlands.

12. Third Party Account (Stichting Derdengelden)

Pursuant to article 7.4 sub 2f of the Code of Conduct of the Netherlands Legal Profession (Verordening op de Advocatuur) we inform you that mr. G. Lee and mr. I. Ghazarian do not have a Third Party Account (Foundation).

13. Practice areas

Mr T.Y.G. Lee has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

  • Insurance Law.

Based on this registration, he/she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
